In the online community workshop, we will present some of the services that NFDI4Microbiota and their partners offer. In addition, you will get to know StrainInfo<https://straininfo.dsmz.de/>, providing microbial strain identifiers, and get insides into the new virus database VirJen<https://virjendb.uni-jena.de/>. It also contains information about the inner workings of the consortium. The sprint is aimed at microbiology researchers, research data management experts and developers who are interested in contributing to the Knowledge Base, either by adding content or improving the code.
