There are two exciting events coming up: the 6^th NFDI4Microbiota community workshop, followed two weeks later by the NFDI4Microbiota Knowledge Base sprint.

In the online community workshop, we will present some of the services that NFDI4Microbiota and their partners offer. Learn how you can use the ARUNA Object Storage to store your (meta-)data according to FAIR principles. In addition, you will get to know StrainInfo, providing microbial strain identifiers, and get insides into the new virus database VirJen.

After gaining insights in our services, you can actively participate in the work of NFDI4Microbiota by contributing to the Knowledge Base

Join us at the Knowledge Base sprint. The Knowledge Base is a collection of information and references relevant to the microbiota research community, such as research data management and data analysis. It also contains information about the inner workings of the consortium.

The sprint is aimed at microbiology researchers, research data management experts and developers who are interested in contributing to the Knowledge Base, either by adding content or improving the code.
