Dear Rollout Group,
Adina and I prepared a short recap of today’s Rollout Group meeting, also for those who
could not participate today. To increase our workflow and prepare the meeting on 16th
December properly, we kindly ask you to have a short look on the tasks below marked in
yellow.
* Recap Strategy Meeting: We will have to wait for the meeting with Chris, Tilmann and
(hopefully) Martina on December 16 to discuss the scope of the proposed university
workshops. No task until then.
* Status of already running Subgroups:
* Subgroup TRUST (Solution Representation and Understanding Concept): Currently
classification of solutions. Next steps: Educate ourselves, short videos of IUC
demonstrators.
* Subgroup Technical On-boarding for Solutions and Workflows for 1st Run: Currently
identification of focus solution and 3-5 minimal technical requirements. Next steps:
Discussions with developers of focus solutions on minimum requirements.
Task: Use Asana to document specific tasks of each subgroup on the respective board
(“Project”). Asana and the concept board are consistent.
* Milestones & Timeline: GOAL is to have a proper at least coarse timeline with
work packages until July 2025, ready for discussion with Chris/Tilmann.
* See the Conceptboard for a timeline of milestones:
https://app.conceptboard.com/board/x1kx-gqe8-gz8r-a287-o7x3
* Present proposed milestone timeline to our PIs (Chris, Martina, Tilmann, Erik).
Tasks:
* Each subgroup sorts their prioritized tasks to fulfil the milestones from the “Task
Collection related to Topics” White-Box into the “Time Frame with prioritized Topics
really needed for the Milestones” White-Box, such that we have a timeline of prioritized
task to achieve these milestones. Please only copy them.
* Check all milestones.
* Check all topics of all other subgroups.
* Check the suggestions of the persons that are assigned to the topics (little grey
boxes). Please make suggestions in case there is no person assigned yet.
* Deadline: November 28
* Next meeting: Moved to December 5. Until then: meetings in subgroups.
One hint for Asana (

channels as your favorites, that makes it much easier to find the right ones. The relevant
channels now are:
