database for resolving microbial strain identifiers.
Navigating the world of microbiological strains can often feel like wading through a sea
of different designations and IDs, complicating research communication and data
comparison. StrainInfo comes to the help by consolidating microbial IDs, illustrating
their relationships, and linking them to taxonomy, sequences, and literature. It's
designed to be a comprehensive resource, empowering microbiologists to gather information
on a strain starting from a single strain ID.
