Dear all,
thank you very much for voting.
The result clearly says, that Q4 of 2025 is the favoured time for the meeting.
As the regular BioMed Meeting will be in this timeframe as well, it would make sense
to have our Meeting shortly before or after, at the same location.
This will not only have the general topic discussion in close proximity,
but will also reduce our travel time. So it has clear advantages.
In our next meeting on the 7th of May, we will have an idea finding session
Where we will align our expectations and see the different views and aspects.
This session will require your active participation to integrate your consortias needs.
The details for the next Meetings are below and attached in the *.ics Outlook file.

Trying to organise the in-person meeting in Leipzig, I identified
three dates for a two-days Workshop before summer holidays.

We can discuss at our next regular meeting on the 07th of May the result of the poll
and the content of the Workshop. The Workshop should be suitable for everyones needs,

Also for erveryone: Until our next meeting on Thursday the 15th of May, please create a mock up of the future UI as per liking and how you imagine it.
