Hallo alle,
ihr habt einen Usecase* bei dessen Implementierung ihr Unterstützung bei der
Integration/Bereitstellung von Terminologien benötigt? Dann kommt hier eure Chance.
*z.B.:
* Hosting von Terminologien
* Bereitstellung eines domänenspezifischen Terminologiedienstes
* Hinzufügen eines Terminologiedienstes zum TS4NFDI API Gateway
* Integration der Terminology Service Suite Widgets
* Bereitstellung von Terminologiesammlungen
* Erstellung und/oder Bereitstellung von Terminologiemappings
Im Rahmen des Projekts Terminology Services 4 NFDI (TS4NFDI) [1] wurden sogenannte
Inkubator-Zyklen eingeplant, um flexibel auf Wünsche der User:innen reagieren zu können.
Über einen Inkubator habt ihr die Möglichkeit, eure Vorstellungen und Bedürfnisse an
Terminologiedienste für euer Projekt vorzustellen und die Integration/Bereitstellung
dieser zusammen mit den Entwickler:innen von TS4NFDI umzusetzen.
Was müsst ihr dafür tun?
1. Bitte informiert euch über die TS4NFDI Inkubatoren durch die Folien auf Zenodo [2] und
lasst euch durch das Incubator Dashboard [3] auf dem TS4NFDI Service Portal inspirieren.
2. Wir benötigen von euch die folgenden Informationen:
a) NFDI-Konsortiumszugehörigkeit (Es ist auch möglich sich zu bewerben wenn man keinen
NFDI-Konsortium angehört)
b) Titel eures Inkubator Projektes
c) Beschreibung ihrer Idee für ein Inkubatorprojekt
3. Eure Unterstützung und euer Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung des Inkubator-Zyklus ist
wesentlich – bitte plant das ein und stellt sicher, dass ihr in dem Zeitraum mitwirken
könnt, bevor ihr eure Idee einreicht.
Fragen beantworten wir gern per Mail. Sollte es nicht möglich sein, die Fragen per E-Mail
zu beantworten, ist es auch möglich, einen Beratungstermin während der Antragsphase zu
erhalten. Bei Fragen können Sie auf diese Mail antworten.
Der nächste TS4NFDI-Inkubator-Zyklus startet im August/September 2026 und wir rufen
hiermit zur Bewerbung dafür auf. Bitte beachtet die Einreichungsfrist bis zum 23.06.2026.

Hello everyone,
Do you have a use case* whose implementation you need support with the
integration/provision of terminology? Then here's your chance.
*e.g.:
* Hosting of terminologies
* Setup a domain specific terminology service
* Adding terminology services to the TS4NFDI API Gateway
* Integration of Terminology Service Suite widgets
* Provision of collection(s) via the TS4NFDI API Gateway
* Creation and management of terminology mappings
As part of the Terminology Services 4 NFDI (TS4NFDI)[1] project, so-called incubator
cycles have been planned in order to be able to react flexibly to user requests. An
incubator gives you the opportunity to present your ideas and needs for terminology
services for your project and to implement the integration/provision of these together
with the TS4NFDI developers.
What do you need to do?
1.Please inform yourself about the TS4NFDI incubators using the slides on Zenodo [1] and
get inspired by the Incubator Dashboard [2] on the TS4NFDI Service Portal.
2.We need the following information from you:
a) NFDI consortium affiliation (It is also possible to apply if you are not part of an
NFDI consortium)
b) Title of your incubator project
c) Description of your idea for an incubator project
3.Your support and involvement in the implementation of the incubator cycle is essential -
please plan for this and ensure that you can participate in the period before you submit
your idea.
We are happy to answer questions by e-mail. If it is not possible to answer the questions
by e-mail, it is also possible to obtain a consultation appointment during the application
phase. For questions you could respond to this mail.
The next TS4NFDI incubator cycle will start in August/September 2026 and we are hereby
calling for applications. Please note the submission deadline of 23.06.2026. The TS4NFDI
team is looking forward to your incubator proposals. You will receive feedback by
07.07.2026 as to whether you have been accepted as an incubator in this phase.
