Genome Phenome Archive) is inviting you to the next episode of our joint Webinar Series:
Methylation Analysis: A Practical Guide for Beginners.
This webinar introduces approaches for analysing methylation data from common platforms such as Illumina arrays and Oxford Nanopore sequencing (ONT). We will cover practical first steps, including data
processing, quality control, data visualization, as well as methods and tools for Epigenome-Wide Studies (EWAS) and episignature analyses using R.
This webinar is aimed at students, early career researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians and everyone interested in methylation analysis.
The webinar will be held by Nazanin Mirza-Schreiber from Helmholtz Munich.
The event is in English, it takes approx. 60 minutes and will be held on 10th December 2025, 13:00 CET (available afterwards
on demand).
