Dear Training Community,

de.NBI & ELIXIR Germany and GHGA (The German Human Genome Phenome Archive) are inviting you to the next episode of our joint Webinar Series: Building Reproducible and Scalable Workflows with Nextflow.

Efficient data analysis requires more than just a collection of scripts. In this webinar, you will discover how Nextflow empowers researchers to create portable and highly parallelized pipelines. We will also cover the integration of software containers and the deployment of workflows across various cloud and cluster environments without changing a single line of code.

This webinar is aimed at students, early career researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians and everyone interested in streamlining complex data analysis using Nextflow.

The webinar will be held by GHGA Workflows expert and Newtflow ambassador Kübra Narci from the German Cancer Research Centre in Heidelberg.

The event is in English, it takes approx. 60 minutes and will be held on 16th July 2026 at 13:00 CEST (available afterwards on demand). Attendance is free, but we ask for registration.
