de.NBI & ELIXIR Germany and GHGA (The German Human Genome Phenome Archive) are inviting you to the next episode of our joint Webinar Series: Cloud-based bioimage analysis at EMBL.

This webinar explores the integration of cloud infrastructure into biological image data analysis. The session provides a comprehensive overview of modern bioimage analysis workflows, spanning from interactive, exploratory analysis to automated, large-scale batch processing pipelines.

Participants will gain insights into specific cloud-based tools and technologies designed to handle complex imaging data, along with a discussion on the practical advantages and implementation strategies for each approach.

This webinar is aimed at students, early career researchers, clinicians, bioinformaticians and everyone interested in modernizing their image data workflows to improve reproducibility and computational efficiency.

The webinar will be held by Yi Sun from EMBL Heidelberg (NFDI4BIOIMAGE).

The event is in English, it takes approx. 60 minutes and will be held on the 22nd April 2026 at 13:00 CEST (available afterwards on demand). Attendance is free, but we ask for registration.
