we warmly invite you to join our NFDI4Microbiota’s hybrid Knowledge Base and Coding Sprint on November 24-25th, 2025 online or in-person in Jena.

The Knowledge Base offers extensive information about research data management, software development and much more.

And you can help us to make this even better by contributing to the content, improving the code or by suggesting new content and features.

Some ideas: You can add highly relevant tools to our bio.tools domain, add to our growing list of community-suggested Standard Operating Procedures or share how you apply RDM to your microbiology research.

Requirements:

GitHub account & own laptop.
Charger and eduroam credentials are needed for the in-person attendance.

GitHub newbies are welcome! We suggest to start with our "good first issues"!
