Will report to the group at the next meeting. Call Summary * Sebastian Ferrara suggested to organise a workshop or hands on tutorial for working with GitLab and LinkML. The response was positive and circulated a poll after the meeting (https://nuudel.digitalcourage.de/4xAqEEQEeL1e5sjX) * Ulrik presented the reason for and thoughts about how to enable data submission before the full repository is in place. Ulrik argued that automatic is better for the final product, but that manual curation is easier as a low tech solution. * Böhm asked about legal considerations to human data on NextCloud. Ulrik will check * Lina reported on the research into ISA-Tools. * It is a complete suite of tools to create and validate ISA objects to manage different life science, environmental and biomedical experiments. * We discussed how to proceed with labelling properties in the metadata model not at odds with GDPR to enable search and aggregation.
