Dear Colleagues,
Here is the summary of today’s TA1/2 regular call. Thank you all for the excellent discussions despite some technical difficulties on my end.
Please take a moment to rate the quality of today’s call: [Meeting Quality Feedback](https://ulrikstervbo.aidaform.com/meeting-quality-feedback).
Next call: Thursday, August 14 at 11:00.
Note: This is an out-of-schedule call dedicated to further discussion on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

## Call Summary
We discussed the current version of the [WBS](https://nextcloud.nfdi4immuno.de/f/30091).
A new activity was added to the Metadata Schema component concerning the separation of metadata into personal and non-personal information. However, there was uncertainty about whether this activity belongs under **Metadata
Schema** or Search Database. Participants from both components will clarify and define its correct placement.
The question regarding the appropriate level of quality assurance (QA) for metadata completeness was deferred. A dedicated follow-up discussion will be held among relevant stakeholders in the Metadata Completeness and
QA component.
A comment related to the GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance component, suggesting a technical solution for contract signing, exchange, access rights, etc., was noted but not discussed. Daniel volunteered to break this down
into specific activities.
CW raised an open question about aligning Front-end UI implementation with backend services. Currently, UI development is encapsulated within the Front-end component, which risks creating disconnects between service features
and their representation in the UI, or implementation delays due to UI bottlenecks. The discussion was cut short due to time constraints and will continue in a future meeting.
