I have updated our Schemapack file. Vera will check in the next few days whether this version aligns with our validation pipeline.

While creating the current version, I noticed the following:

For the following properties with controlled vocabularies, I need a list of vocabularies that we want to define for SP2025. These lists do not need to be anywhere near complete—two or three terms that match our use cases are sufficient. If it is too difficult to define even a few terms for certain properties, then the property should be scheduled for controlled vocabularies in WP2025 instead. I would need to reflect this in the metadata model—my suggestion: controlled vocabularies WP2025.

The properties for which I need a decision are as follows:

study_type_key

study_type_term

data_access_level

subject_type

species

sex

age_unit

human_comorbidities_key

ancestry_keys

ancestry_terms

tissue_term

collection_relative_time_point_unit

For this list, I also need the information on which properties allow null entries.

Once the metadata model for SP2025 is finalized, I will create the final Schemapack version for SP2025.
