## Action Items

 

- Metadata people: Mark properties in metadata model not at odds with GDPR to be made available for searches without being logged into the repository (public search). Will report at next call

- Lina: Look at ISA tools to determine if it should be on our radar - Ulrik will send information. Lina will report at next call

 

- Ulrik will connect Baum with SB and CE re TS4NFDI integration project

 

## Call Summary

 

- BioMed meeting: Attendance by some consortia is reason for changes to the program

- CE volunteered together with SB to initiate a TS4NFDI integration project

- Lina volunteered to look at ISA tools to see if it is something to keep on our radar

 

- We discussed open questions regarding using GitLab and LinkML

  - Raised concerns were why and how to even get started

  - It GitLab truly relevant for all team members

 

- We discussed progress blockers. Vera flagged the need for definition of metadata properties that can safely be made available for searchers without being logged in to the repository.

- Updates on backlog items

  - Front-end related were postponed for later

  - Closed question about Wagtail for user management as this is considered a thing for TA4

  - Technical solutions for privacy: Issues will be created in relevant GitLab repos

- Discussion about data - laboratory generated or mocked/synthetic?

  - A longer discussion focused on rich study metadata and assay data for AIRR-seq. Conclusion:

    - Synthetic metadata and sequence/FCS data for DRFZ server

    - Own data for metadata model validation
