Call Summary

Ulrik informed there had been no progress on finalizing the WBS. Daniel commented on better integration of legal considerations, and adding extra activities to the WBS Level 1 components was encouraged - especially activities that tie in other components.

At the end of the call Daniel mentioned [Wagtail](https://wagtail.org/features/), a Django based content management system. Daniel and Vera will see which parts may be directly relevant to us. Christian Wünsch raised the need for involving all TAs to get a bigger picture of the whole repository infrastructure. Tasks relevant for the establishment of the repository should be distributed to the TAs with the skills and manpower. Ulrik mentioned he is working on getting TA-leads to define this. Ulrik mentioned creating an overview of more complete metadata model for CoRDI, which is accessible here: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVIDJmedI=/

The majority of the call was devoted focus group updates:

- Search Database: Focus on technical and legal aspects of the search index.

- Metadata Completeness and QA: researching existing scores, challenge in weighting different properties.

- Web and command line client API: A draft for all endpoints has been created and those relevant for MVP have been selected.

- GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance: Preparation of an internal seminar at the end of September as well as legal framework and contract templates.

- Submission pipeline and Validation service: Focus on adding FastAPI to the existing validation service.
