Organizational Chart: Please Limit to Four Tasks

Dear colleagues,
I noticed while creating the organizational chart in Miro, that some of us have listed a lot of tasks, while others have only listed one. As a result, the chart looks quite unbalanced.
I would therefore like to ask everyone to enter a maximum of four tasks.
The colleagues among us who are affected by this are Ulrik Stervbo, Sebastian Böhm, Heike Uhlemann, Falk Heidenreich, Charlyn Dörnte, Mariama Jaiteh and including myself.

INFO: TA1/2 Regular call - Summary of today's call

Here is the summary of today's regular TA1/2 call. Thank you all for the great interactions!
- We started with a brief welcome and a spillover discussion from the Model Development Group on Ontology validation.
- Ulrik provided a summary of the search functionality visions.
Open Loops for SP25 Deadline
- We discussed the open loops for the SP25 deadline, which is set for *June 30*. Here are the key points:
- Group 1:
- We realized that 'Disease' is missing in the model. Unclear is why.
- Ulrik and Daniel will determine the current status and ideas.
- Update model as needed.
- Deadline: June 13
- Group 2:
- Elements of simple controlled vocabularies were discussed, including biological sex, data access level, subject type, study type, species, and time units.
- Complex ontologies such as Human comorbidities, Ancestry, and Tissue are excluded for SP25 but need validation.
- Simple controlled vocabularies needs to be defined and included in the templates for SP25
- Deadline: June 18
- Group 1:
- Heike and Conny fill data using the templates with defined simple controlled vocabularies
- Deadline: June 23
- Group 3: Final Model and Template
- Need a list of selected terms for each controlled vocabulary and a template filled with real data.
- Create a final validation pipeline
- Deadline: June 30
Action Items
Ulrik/Daniel: Check if the disease is in the model and determine the current status and ideas.
Backlog Items
- Improving Intra-Group Communication
- Ulrik briefly mentioned initiating a thinking process to improve intra-group communication.

Problems signing in to NextCloud

Moin Christian,
Yesterday several of us experiences problems logging into NFDI4Immuno NextCloud. The given error is 'No id_token was found.'.
Katherina and I use ORCID for the login, Heike uses google. Lucas is not being prompted to login, so clearly no problems there. The mobile app works well.
It seems that I need to log in every time my network change.
Please let me know which information you need to solve the problem.

We have the following updates/FYI/reminders which we will not cover at the call:
- Mariama is working on identifying pros and cons of different ways of structuring our work in GitLab
Now we are closing in on the deadline for the summer product 2025 (July 12), need should identify still open loops to be closed, and once that is in place we will focus on the next deliverable - WP25. Please review the diagram Ferrara send yesterday and identify milestones/tasks where you want to focus on for the next period.

Metadata model file

Dear all
I have unified the two metadata models that were present in group 1 and group 2, and removed the one from group 2. Now we have a single metadata model located in group 1 named "Metadata_Model_V2_SP.xlsx".
The unification consisted of two additional rows colored in grey, with information that may be useful for the data submission file, and can be removed at any time, because they are not going to be part of the summer product. Of course, no information was lost.
