Branching and merging

Dear all,
Sebastian Böhm and I have put together a short screen cast capturing the process of branching, work, merge request. You can find it here on NextCloud: Common > Internal Organization > Education > How_to_work_with_GitLab_and_LinkML; https://nextcloud.nfdi4immuno.de/f/34258
The process is essentially create an issue and discuss the solution. Create a merge request together with a branch from this issue. Add in the description to the merge request brief explanation of what has been done and why. Request a review.
When you push changes to your branch a number of tests are run. These must all pass for the merge request to proceed. A description of the tests are in the file tests/README.md and a style guide are currently under review in the branch 39-add-style-guide-to-repo-readme, file: CONTRIBUTING.md.
A description of classes and slots is under review in the branch 33-need-description-of-special-classes-and-slots, file: /src/metadata_schema/README.md
