Dear All-hands meeting 2025 attendees In one of my previous mails I asked for the submission of proposals for breakout sessions that you would like to have during our All-hands meeting end of April. So far we have received eleven submissions, which you will find under the following URL on our Nextcloud: https://nextcloud.nfdi4immuno.de/f/14516 As some of the proposals address closely related or even overlapping topics and people from various WG have asked for breakouts that would provide more time than just 90 minutes, we will make the scheduling more flexible by considering the option of fewer but longer breakouts. Therefore: 1. Please go through the existing submissions (they are all short, it will not take you more than 15' to go through all of them). 2. If your topic is not yet covered please submit a proposal on your own. If the topic is related to an already existing proposal, please refer to it in your proposal and briefly describe the aspects that you would like to see added. Submission deadline is this Friday, 2025-03-07. Next week we will see which proposals could/should be merged and how much time can be allocated to the respective breakout. This will be discussed with both the submitters and the TA leads. Goal is to have a final schedule by the end of March. Best, Christian
