if I remember correctly, we were supposed to discuss the next steps regarding the PP interviews tomorrow.

Since you are in the core group of the interviews, I would suggest that we find another slot. If I remember wrong, please correct me.

Dear all,

I am back from vacation and currently running through mails etc.

I saw that the group decided to have the meeting Tuesday mornings, which is fine for me. 

Unfortunately, tomorrow I have a dentist appointment that I cannot postpone (I had to postpone it 2 times before).

Would it be okay, if I am not in the meeting tomorrow or do you want to find another slot?
