Liebe alle, ich habe heute ein Treffen in meinem Kalender stehen. Anscheinend findet das nicht statt oder? Leider könnte ich nächsten Freitag nicht teilnehmen. Grundsätzlich fände ich wichtig, dass wir weitere Schritte besprechen und eure Meinung dazu hören. Ich war ja leider nicht bei der Konsortialversammlung und weiß nicht wie die aktuelle Stimmung ist und wie es weitergehen soll. Bei der Taskforce Governance und Sustainability waren wir uns auch nicht so ganz einig und ich fände es gut, wenn wir als BioMed Konsortien weiter vorangehen. NFDI BioMed Workshop 2025 - Follow-up

Dear all Two quick follow-ups regarding our discussion about the BioMed Workshop in December: 1. Announcement email for consortial-internal use: ``` Dear all I wanted to give you an update regarding the current plans for the NFDI BioMed Workshop, scheduled for 2025-12-02/-04 (Tue-Thu) at ZB MED in Cologne. During a recent meeting of the speakers/coordinators of our five consortia, we discussed a number of potential topics and formats for the Workshop. We came to the conclusion that the outline detailed below, will allow us to work on important mid-term goals as well as producing outputs that can be readily used by and for communication with our communities, all while at the same time still being realistic to organize. The NFDI BioMed Workshop 2025 will therefore consist out of two parts: 1) We will start with a strategy workshop of the speakers on 2025-12-02/-03 (Tue/Wed, lunch-to-lunch) to discuss the positioning of the BioMed group within NFDI and its relation to other entities as well as defining common activities and goals. 2) We will then continue on 2025-12-03/-04 (Wed/Thu, noon-to-afternoon) with a hands-on communication & outreach workshop to create a common website and related texts, visuals etc to help us present our shared interests to our stakeholders. While the strategy part is limited to two persons per consortium (speaker+1) the outreach part is open to anyone who is interested in contributing.
