I've attached a spreadsheet that outlines the relationships you provided. Please note that the numbering of measures has changed from the initial proposal to the current structure, so your confirmation is essential.

To assist you, I've added a second tab in the spreadsheet that reflects the updated numbers according to the final version of the proposal. Each measure contains only 2 or 3 entries, making it a quick check.
