Dear Coodinators,
attached you find the commented program for the network meeting including the changes that we discussed last Friday in the COO.
For two slots, we still have to plan more closely what we want and how we organize them (bigger discussion on day 1 and group work on simplifying user experience on day 2).
We scheduled that decision for our next COO-meeting on the 30th of January. Please prepare your suggested solution for that discussion.
However, time slots and names are set and ready to be communicated.
@Bernhard Miller – as far as the next steps are concerned:
will you put this in Indico?
Will you also contact the invited speakers to let them know about the available presentation time?
When do we sent the program to participants?
Due to other tasks, I can prepare a pretty word-document version on Thursday.
