Dear new and experienced coordinators,
we talked about mailinglists in one of our meetings.
You can use the guide I attached. It’s from the (g)olden age of NFDI start in 2020, but should still work.
Once you register at
https://lists.nfdi.de with your work-e-mail, you see all the lists that you are a member of or lists that you are a moderator in.
To add people to your task area list, you must have moderator rights.
How do I know, if I have moderator rights?
Once you click on the list, you either see the information “summary” and nothing elseà you are a member without further rights.
If you additionally see tabs like “subscription request”, “users” etc. you have moderator rights and can edit the list.
To add people:
“Mass operations”à “Mass subscribe”à fill in blank space
with E-Mail and Name and click “subscribe users”.
To delete people (when people stop working for measures):
“Users” à select person you want to delete and chose “unsubscribe selected” (brown button on the top right corner).
|
If you add or delete people from your task area list, please remember to also change them on the list
|
“konsortswd-all@lists.nfdi.de” |
To increase the size of a message, that is being held for moderator approval (because it is too large), go to “Settings”à”Message acceptance”,
scroll to the bottom and increase “maximum message size” to e.g. 100.
Hope this helps in managing your own task area list.
Cheers,
Rike
