Liebes DMP4NFDI-Team,
 
in Vorbereitung auf unsere zukünftige Zusammenarbeit möchten wir Euch herzlich zum Kick-Off Workshop mit dem Base4NFDI-Team einladen. Wir werden euch unsere Task Areas und Workflows vorstellen und uns auf die kommende Initialisierungsphase und unsere Zusammenarbeit darin einstimmen, zudem wird genug Zeit für Eure Fragen sein. Von unserer Seite werden jeweils Personen aus allen TAs dabei sein und natürlich Eure Service Stewards. Von Eurer Seite bitten wir vor allem die PIs um Teilnahme, gerne auch das Projektteam - leitet diese Mail daher bitte entsprechend weiter.

Die Einladung verschicken wir im Anschluss. Bitte plant für den Workshop ca. 90 Minuten ein.

• Kurzvorstellung Eures Basisdienstes
• Initialisierungsphase: Aktivitäten, Milestones & Deliverables
• Projektmanagement in Open Project
• Training Task Force
• Preview Integrationsphase
• Q&A

Es wäre prima, wenn Ihr eine kurze mündliche Vorstellung Eures Basisdienstes vorbereitet, in der Ihr erläutert, was Ihr vorhabt, wie und warum, wer Eure Zielgruppe ist und ein Beispiel gebt, wie Euer Basisdienst konkret in der Praxis aussehen kann.

In preparation of our upcoming collaboration, we would like to invite you to the kick-off workshop with the Base4NFDI team. We will introduce you to our task areas and workflows and get you prepared for the initialisation phase and our collaboration, also there will be enough time for your questions. From our side, at least one person from each TA will join, as well as your service stewards. From your side, we especially ask the PIs to participate, gladly also the project team - please forward this email accordingly.

We will send out the invitation afterwards. The workshop will take approx. 90 minutes.

It would be great if you could prepare a short oral presentation of your basic service explaining what you intend to do, how and why, who your target group is and giving an example of what your basic service could look like in practice.
