Invitation to Kick-off workshop with Base4NFDI

—-------------- English version below —-------------- Liebes DMP4NFDI-Team, in Vorbereitung auf unsere zukünftige Zusammenarbeit möchten wir Euch herzlich zum Kick-Off Workshop mit dem Base4NFDI-Team einladen. Wir werden euch unsere Task Areas und Workflows vorstellen und uns auf die kommende Initialisierungsphase und unsere Zusammenarbeit darin einstimmen, zudem wird genug Zeit für Eure Fragen sein. Von unserer Seite werden jeweils Personen aus allen TAs dabei sein und natürlich Eure Service Stewards. Von Eurer Seite bitten wir vor allem die PIs um Teilnahme, gerne auch das Projektteam - leitet diese Mail daher bitte entsprechend weiter. Um möglichst bald (ab Juni) einen gemeinsamen Termin zu finden, bitten wir Euch, die folgende Terminumfrage bis zum 17. Häufig tauchen unvorhergesehen Probleme und Fehler auf, die sich aus der Gruppe heraus nur mühselig oder schwer lösen lassen. Wir bräuchten allerdings zügig einen ersten Katalog, mit dem wir weiter machen können. Wir sind also auf Unterstützung angewiesen. Ist es irgendwie möglich, mit Hands-on Unterstützung zusammen mit der Gruppe den gewünschten Katalog gemeinsam zu erstellen? Uns schwebt hierfür so etwas vor, wie eine gemeinsame Erstellung per VC mit einer/einem Expertin/en, die/der das schon zig mal gemacht hat und das Erstellen direkt übernimmt anhand des "auf Papier" ausgearbeiteten Katalogs? Seht ihr dafür Möglichkeiten? Wer könnte das machen? Wir sind gespannt auf eure Rückmeldung. WG: DMP4NFDI - RDMO MaRDI

Hallo zusammen, ich habe von Marco Reidelbach eine Nachricht bekommen zu DMP4NFDI. Grundsätzlich ist das natürlich super, aber ich bin mir noch nicht sicher, wie wir damit jetzt konkret umgehen sollen. Ich würde ihm mal schreiben, dass wir uns darüber sehr freuen und uns noch abstimmen, ob/wie sie noch einsteigen können. Oder wir sie auf die Integrationsphase vertrösten (fände ich aber etwas zu weit nach hinten geschoben). Aber sollten wir dann zeitnah besprechen. Wie ist da so eure Meinung? Nun wollte ich einmal fragen, ob ihr noch Unterstützung in DMP4NFDI braucht, also ob ich mich da noch in irgendwelche Work Packages einbringen kann (und falls ja, wo ich da Informationen zu finden kann). Ganz generell gesprochen wären wir interessiert an der Entwicklung eines DMPs für mathematische Forschungsdaten, Workshp(s) dazu und (wenn möglich) einer RDMO Instanz für MaRDI bei euch. Gruß Marco

It is used to present, discuss and operationalize current developments in the Basic Services funded via Base4NFDI as well as potential future Basic Services. The User conference programme welcomes participation from the NFDI community and beyond. Members from sections and its working groups, consortia, Basic Services and beyond are invited to contribute to the discussion and participate in the event, with the long term goal of collaboratively shaping the service offering Base4NFDI can provide to both NFDI and the wider RDM landscape. For that reason we ask to submit abstracts to demonstrate activities around Base4NFDI services. Possible topics for abstracts: 1. Contributions from the sections and its working groups to come up with Basic Service candidates (e.g. How could potential future Basic Services look like?) 2. Basic Services, Basic Service incubators and networking activities (e.g. How are existing Basic Services developing in Initialisation and Integration stages? How can interoperability of Basic Services be ensured?) 3. WG: Rückmeldung bis 14. Mai - Call for Contributions to the 1st Base4NFDI User Conference

Hallo nochmal, im DMP4NFDI Ordner befindet sich auch ein Entwurf für den Abstract für die Base4NFDI User Conference in Berlin (s.u.). https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U50YdUdOTnD5qzTWcTnR9Y6b_hkL9yf2UWwxMFF… Im Sektionsmeeting sind wir ja sehr stark angehalten worden, da auch etwas einzureichen. Und ohne DMP4NFDI wäre es schon seltsam. Einreichung muss allerdings bis zum 15. Mai erfolgen, d.h. Rückmeldungen bräuchte ich bis spätestens zum 14., damit noch alles rechtzeitig ankommt dort. - auch, ob ihr plant nach Berlin zu fahren würde mich noch interessieren. DMP4NFDI Zeitplan und Meeting Agendas

Hallo zusammen, ich habe für unser Orga-Meeting am 23.5. schonmal ein paar Dinge vorbereitet und einen GoogleDrive Ordner angelegt. Einladungen solltet ihr erhalten haben: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1zjvh-Mb0rGocuGGO-Gbw2qi5C4Oea3mb Zum einen, einen ersten Entwurf für unseren Zeitplan. Hier habe ich mal für die 12 Monate Meetings eingetragen. Es gibt von Base4NFDI ja auch einige Vorgaben. Und ich habe mir auch ein paar Gedanken für unsere Team Meetings gemacht, darunter auch Vorschläge für Workshops im Laufe des Jahres, damit wir weitere Konsortien auch mit einbeziehen können. - Schaut euch das mal an, ob das so auch in eurem Sinne ist. Das soll einfach eine Diskussionsgrundlage sein, damit wir am 23. nicht bei Null starten. Gerne können wir uns aber auch schon vorher ein wenig detaillierter abstimmen, wenn ihr wollt. Ansonsten habe ich für unser Orga Kick-off am 23.5. und für den 3.6. bereits eine Agenda entworfen - auch hier bitte draufschauen und kommentieren.
